Do you run our back office for us?
No. We set it up, automate what can be automated, train your team, and hand it back. The goal is an office that runs well without us.
Will we be paying you every month?
No. Arazim isn’t a retainer. The project ends with the hand-off. The one exception is a growth partnership you choose, where part of our fee is tied to results until an agreed milestone.
Can you help us hire?
Yes, as an option. Once the office is set up and we know what it needs, we can help you find the right long-term staff. That’s agreed separately, later.
